Law Relating to Burdon of Proof in Pakistan: A Critical Analysis

Abstract

This article illuminates on the hypothesis burden of proof which tells about the occurrence of possible events which happened in our daily life. Whenever a controversy arises between the parties, the most strenuous step is to find the right reasons to prove them. The conceptual basis for the burden of proof is explored and the demands of justice can be reached by extracting the truth from these bases. Uncertainty have been raised as to whether with in the meaning of adducing evidence absolutely correct as there is a danger of it being confused with the formal burden of proof but it is a familiar and easy use. That is why evidence is needed to dispel doubts in order to reach at the real facts. When the parties produce evidence to substantiate an event, many presumptions may arise which may make it difficult, or even easy to reach a logical conclusion.
